arrival

I made it obviously, I even have a new piece of cardboard for all of you, but I havent unpacked enough to get an image of it and upload it--this might happen tonight or tomorrow. So far I have seen many small house lizards, some really big flying cockroaches (that are more cute and clumsy than gross), two brown recluse spiders (in my new studio!), a live tiger (on campus @ LSU...), and many people with peanut butter-thick southern accents. I think this should prove to be an interesting time down here.

heading out, will be settled further south sometime this weekend. traveling in the meantime, Ill update if I can, but something tells me its not going to happen

I started this blog because for a long time I have wanted to be able to share tangible bits of my object making with people. People I know, people I don't. Hopefully by using this blog as a vehicle, cardboard as a medium, and the socialized wonder that is our postal system, I am able to do that.
